Glentauchers Authentic Collection 1990 28 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, just had a wee dram of this one… 🥃 Nose is proper comfy – honey’d vanilla, a whiff of orchard fruit, maybe a tickle of oak. Palate’s smooth, almost silky. Toffee apple, a wee bit of spice, like cinnamon an’ nutmeg havin a quiet natter. Touch of dried peel too. Finish lingers warm, wi’ a ghost of bonfire smoke. No bad at all. 👍

Right, this dram's got a smooth, honeyed start with a touch of vanilla. There's a wee bit of apple and maybe some toffee notes too. The finish brings a gentle spice, warming without being overpowering. A hint of smoke lingers, but it's subtle. Really easy to drink, perfect for a chill evening. 😊 Oh, and a bit of that malty sweetness comes through after a moment. Lovely stuff.

Crikey, that first nose is a proper noseful! 🤯 Got a real whiff of warm baked apples and a bit of spicy oak. Then in the mouth... it’s all smooth honey and vanilla, maybe a hint of dried fruit. The finish is long, warm, and slightly woody. Very easy to drink, almost too easy! 🥃

Alright then, just had a wee dram and here's what I'm getting: 🍯 Honey and vanilla on the nose, proper lovely stuff Taste-wise... smooth, creamy, with some nice toffee and caramel notes coming through. Bit of citrus hiding in there too, maybe some apple? Hard to tell sometimes innit 😄 Finish is warm and malty, touches of oak and a whisper of smoke. Not too peaty mind you, just gentle like. Overall very pleasant, easy drinking. Would deffo have another glass 👍 Mild spice on the exhale, maybe cinnamon or summat. 5/7 would recommend for a quiet evening in 🥃
