Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

Right, had a dram of this earlier 🥃. Proper nice it was. Nose hits you with some orchard fruits 🍐. Maybe a hint of honey 🍯 too. Very comforting smell like. Taste is smoth going down. Then a spicy kick warms the chest 🔥. Feels cozy inside. Finish lasts a bit. Bit oaky perhaps? Definately leaves you wanting more. Perfect for a rainy evening tbh. Cheers mates 🍻.

Oh this one's definately got some honey notes 🍯 with a bit of vanilla too. Quite smooth actually, maybe a touch of oak at the end? I'm getting like... toffee and maybe some dried fruit? 🍇 It's warming nicely though. Not bad at all! The finish is quite long and warming, perfect for a wee nightcap.

Oof, this dram's proper lovely! Got that honey sweetness up front, like a warm hug. 🍯 Then a gentle whisper of smoke, not too bold, just enough to tease. Vanilla notes come through smooth on the palate, with a hint of oak spice at the end. Really glides down easy, innit? 😋 Sometimes it's a bit fruity, almost like dried apples. The finish lingers with a touch of caramel. Honestly, it's a right comfort sipper for a quiet evening. Cheers!

Right then, had a dram last nite. Smoke hits first, gentle like 🌲🔥 but not owerpowerin. Then this lovely sweet thing comes thru, kinda honeyed fruit 🍯🍎, maybe a bit of cinnamon? Finish is warm, spiky but smooth. Proper cozy, that. 😊 Tastes like autumn walks and a good book, y'know?
