BenRiach The Single Malts of Scotland 1984 23 Years Single Malt Whisky

Nose: 🍎 apples, maybe... some pepper? smoke? idk, it's kinda weird but like nice weird. 🌶️🔥 Taste: ooh, sweet then... woody? spicyness at the back. Like a campfire mixed with vanilla cake. 🎂💨 Finish: lingers a bit, getting some leather or... old books? and a tiny bit of bitterness. 📖👍

A wee sip, aye? 🥃 Starts all citursy n’ tart, like cranberries fresh off the bush. Then it opens up, get a bit of leather an’ a whisper o’ tobacco. There’s a lovely warmth comin’ through, cinnamon spice, apple peel, maybe. Sweet but not too sweet, a touch o’ nutty an’ woody notes in there. Finish is smooth, real smooth. A little floral, vanilla, caramel, toffee... all lingerss a while. Proper nice, that. Cheers! 🤙

Right, this dram's got a proper smoky start – reminds me of a chilly autumn walk in the hills. Then there's a sweet bit, like honey or maybe dried fruit, and a wee spicy kick at the end. Really warms the cockles on a dreich day. 😊 Note: a couple of casual spellin' errors in there, but ye get the gist!

Just had a dram by the fire... 🥃 Smells like a cosy campfire mixed wif some dried fruits. On the tongue it's real smooth, got that smoky peat kick but also a lovely honey sweetness. Finish is warm and long, hints of dark chocolate comin' through. A proper comfortin' glass for a chilly evening. ✨
