Bunnahabhain 2009 12 Years Single Malt Whisky

Ooh, that’s got a proper kick! 🥃 Starts with a big, warm wave of honey and baked apples. Then comes this lovely, soft vanilla oakiness. Bit of orange peel peeking through. Mouthfeel’s def silky, with a long, spiced finish. Just a hint of smoke at the very end. Really, really nice. 👌

Oh, this whisky's got a real smoky nose, like a cosy fireplace. 🍂 Quite peaty too. Taste-wise, it's sweet with honey and a bit of vanilla, really smooth. 🍯 Hints of spice, maybe cinnamon, lingers on teh tongue. ✨ Finish is long and warm, with a touch of oak wood. Makes you want another sip. 🥃 Overall, a lovely dram for a rainy day. 😊

Just had a dram of this one, and blimey, it’s quite the experience! 😊 First sip, it’s smooth as silk, then a bit of spice kicks in – proper lively on the tongue. Hints of smoke drifting about, like a summer barbecue gone posh. 🔥 Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, perfect for a quiet night in. Long finish, leaves a loevly taste of berries and maybe a touch of chocolate. Right satisfying, this is! 🥃

And a touch of butterscotch sweetness. Very warming. Feels like a hug in a glass, really. 🍯 The finish is quite long, earthy and peaty, but not too smoke-heavy. Got a nice spicy kick to it.
