Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

Ah, this one's got a lovely smooth vanilla vibe, wif some honey and tofee notes. Bit of fruity stuff too, maybe pear or apple. Goes down real easy, not too strong. 🥃 Really nice on a cold day, innit? Got a gentle warmth, like a cozy hug. Sometimes I get hints of caramel or spice, but it's all balenced well. 😌 Just a proper good sipper, that.

Oh blimey, this whisky's a bit of a journey! 😊 Starts with a right proper smoky kick, like whiff of a bonfire, innit? Then gets all sweet and honeyed, proper lovely. Got that oaky depth too, with a tuch of vanilla. 🥃 Really warms ye up, sipping on a cold night. Loevly stuff!

Gotta say this one's realy growing on me 👀 First whiff is all about that smoke, but like... gentle smoke? Sort of like a campfire that's been properly put out, just the memory of it. There's a sweet undercurrent too, think dark caramel or maybe black treacle. On the tongue it gets interesting. There's a burst of dried fruit - raisins, maybe figs - that hits you right at the start. Then the spice comes through, but it's not harsh. More like cinnamon sticks and a touch of nutmeg. The finish is what gets me though. It just... stays. A lovely warmth that spreads, with this malty sweetness that hangs around. Almost like honeyed toast. Definetly something you want to savour slowly, perhaps with a single ice cube to open it up a bit more. Really well put together, this one. 🥃

Wow, this one's a real treat! 😋 First sip, you get that lovely warmth, kinda like sittin' by the fire. Rich notes of caramel and a bit of honey, with a whisper of smoke that lingers just right. So smoth on the palate, real smooth, ya know? A hint of fruitiness comes through – maybe apple or pear – givin' it a nice balance. Finish is long and warm, leaves you feelin' all cozy. Perfect for unwindin' after a long day. 🥃👍
