Bruichladdich Single Malt Whisky

Right, tasting this whisky... first thing I get is a strong oakey flavour, like old barrels. Then some vanella comes through, sweet and a bit creamy. 🔥 The smokiness hits the nose, not too overpowering, just a gentle waft. There's a spicy kick too, maybe cinnamon or nutmeg. Fruity notes pop up, think apples or pears. 🍯 Finish is all honey and caramel, lingers nicely. Quite moreish, if I'm honest. The peat's there but not dominent, just adds depth.
