Bruichladdich 2002 16 Years Single Malt Whisky

## Tasting notes 🥃 Right so this one's got quite a bit goin on. First thing I get is this warm smoky kinda vibe, proper peaty stuff init. Then theres this lovely honey sweetness comin through 🍯 Bit of vanilla and caramel, like a toffee apple almost. Quite malty too, nice and smooth on the palate. Getting some fruit aswell - maybe dried fruit, a bit of citrus? And sumthing spicy, like cinnamon or nutmeg. Quite complex tbh Theres definately a leather/tobacco thing happening in the background, makes it feel really rich and full bodied. The finish is long with a bit of oak and that classic smokyness lingerin 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Quite enjoyabel overall, maybe not for everyone but I recon its got good character. Would have another dram for sure 👍
