First off, got a lovely bit of smoke on the nose, bit like a beach bonfire, mixed with some ripe pear. 🍐 Taste is quite smooth, got that classic warm toffee and a bit of vanilla, maybe a hint of apple crumble? Finish has a nice long, spicy tingle – ginger? clove? – with a final wisp of that smoke. Really lovelly drop for a chilly evening. 👍 Oh, and there's a tiny, almost cocoa-like bit right at the back. Ace.
