Just had a sip of this one 🥃 and wow... the nose is all vanilla and burnt sugar, like a proper creme brulee. On the palate, it's got this lovely oily texture. Getting honey, some stewed apple, and a whiff of tobacco leaf. Really warming. The finish is where it gets fun - long, with a nice spicy kick of cinnamon and black pepper that lingers. Gotten a bit of dark chocolate coming through at the very end. Moreish! 🍯
