Bunnahabhain 1976 31 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, so this one’s proper complex. 🤯 First sip, get loads of honey and vanilla - really smooth, like. Then there’s a spicy kick, bit like cinnamon? Finish is long, smoky, almost woody. Makes you finking. 🔥 Aye, could nose this all day. 👃

Right so nose first - gettin loads of honey, like real heather honey ya kno? 🍯 Then some vanilla creeps in, bit of apple peel maybe. Palate is proper lush init. Toffee and caramel just coats the mouth, lovely stuff. There's some dried fruit - raisins I reckon? Touch of cinnamon warmth coming thru too. 🥃 Finish hangs about nicely, good oak influence there. Hints of dark chocolate at the very end, quite pleasant. Very drinkable tbh, wouldn't say no to another dram! 👍
