Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

Gave this a go last night. Decent peat smoke upfront, smells a bit like damp earth 🍂. Sweetness creep in later, think honey and baked apple. Very smooth texture, almost creamy. Lingering spice at the end warms the throat. Definitly a good un. Cheers! 🥃

Right then, proper lovely whisky this 🥃. Nose is smokey but sweet, like burnt honey🍯. Takes me back to siting by the fire. First sip, warm it goes down. Bit of spice on the tongue, maybe cinnamon? Definatly some fruit hiding in there too. Finish is long, makes you wanna sit quiet for a bit. Cozy feeling, like a woolly jumper on a cold nite. Would pour another glass for sure 🔥. Realy good stuff.

3#3

Oh, this one's got a proper nice smooth taste, init? Like honey drizzled on toast. 😋 A bit of spice at the back, but it's well balanced. Sometimes I get hints of vanilla an' fruit, which is lovely. 👍 Cheers to that!

4#4

Nah, this whisky is proper smooth, got a grate warmth to it. 😊 Hints of smoke and honey, really comforting on a chilly evening. 🔥 Slight fruity note too, makes it a new favourite!

On the nose, smoke and peat stand out. Taste-wise, it's sweet with honey and vanilla notes. Finish is smooth and long. Really loevly! 🥃😊

Right then, this whisky's got a proper kick! 🥃 Smoky with a hint of peat, and a sweet, fruity finish that lingers. Makes you feel all warm inside, like a cozy night by the fire. 👌 Not too strong, but defintely memorable.

Right, so first nosing... get this lovely waft of citurs fruit and a bit of smokiness, like a distant bonfire. 🥃 Tastes proper rich, like. Vanilla and some dark chocolate come through, almost chewy. Then there's this subtle, woody thing... maybe cedar? Finish is long and warm, leaves a gentle spice on the tongue. Quite moreish, honestly. 👍
