Port Ellen 1981 19 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, poured a wee dram. 🥃 Nose is lovly, hony and oak. 🍯 Taste is warm, smoth going down. Finish lingers, makes you feel cosy. 🔥 Proper stuff for a rainy nite.

Right, had a wee dram earlier. 🥃 Smels like vanila and honey, proper inviting. First sip is warm, no harsh burn at all. Gets you cozy inside, like a fire on a cold day. 🔥 Finish lingers nicely... sweet but complex. Definately worth the pour tbh. Might have another glass. 🍯

Right then, got my hands on this one and had a wee nosing session 🥃 **Nose:** imediatly hit with honey an vanilla, proper sweet like. Bit of smoke comin thru too, maybe some dried fruits? Quite inviting actualy **Palate:** Rich caramel notes, almost like butterscotch tbh. Gettin some oak spice now, a bit of chocolate hiding in there. Malty sweetness comin thru nicely 👌 **Finish:** Medium length, nice warm glow. Leaves ye with hints of vanilla an maybe a touch of that peat smoke lingerin about **Overall:** Quite enjoyble dram this. Smooth enough for a casual sip but still got enough goin on to keep ye interested. Would pair nicely wi a bit of dark chocolate I reckon 🍫 Rating: solid 7/10 from me like
