Crackin’ dram this, dead cosy on the nose 🥃 Vanilla fudge, stewed apples, and a wee whisp of bonfire smoke. Palate’s got that chewy caramal, a bit of pepper, some dried pear. Finish just lingers—warm spice, a hint of citrus peel, proper lush. Might have a wee bit of nuttiness too 🌰, hard to pin down but makes ye want another sip. Proper evening pour this, no messin.
