Knockando The Un-Chillfiltered Collection 2007 12 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, just had a dram of this 🥃. Nose is proper fruity, like apples and pears 🍎. Hits the palate smooth, bit of spice warming the chest 🌶️. Finish is sweet, maybe honey or vanilla? 🍯 Definatly a cosy one for tonight. I reccon it's got no harshness, just lovely warmth. Cheers mates 🍻

Get some honey and vanilla underneath, maybe a touch of toffee? Finishes long and dry, with a lovely oakiness and a hint of peat. Proper autumn dram, that.
