Knockando The Un-Chillfiltered Collection 2007 12 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right then, had a glass of this earlier. 🥃 Nose is sweet, reminds me of honey and dried fruit 🍯. Taste is warm, bit of spice hits the back of the throat. Smooth though, doesnt scratch. Finish lingers abit, nice and cosy. 🔥 Definetly a good one for a rainy evening. Cheers mates! 🍻

Alright, so first thing you get is this big, smoky peat hit, kinda like a bonfire on the beach. 🍂🔥 Then underneath, there's a lovely sweetness – think ripe stone fruit and a bit of toffee. It’s warming all the way down, proper comforting. The finish is long and dry, with a lingering spicy note. A real mouthful, this one. 👍

Well, this whisky's got a reallly nice peatiness with some fruity undertones. 🍊 A bit of vanilla and oak on the palate, quite smooth. The finish is warming with a hint of spice. Quite enjoyable, innit? 🥃

Nosing this one now... getting lovely vanilla and honey, with a hint of caramel comin through 🍯 Took a sip and blimey, that's smooth! Deffo picking up some toffee and a touch of cinnamon spice on the tongue. Maybe a bit of dried fruit in there too, quite pleasent actually 😊 The finish lingers nicely, warm and mellow. Sort of like sittin by the fireplace on a cold nite, you know? Little bit of oak and subtle smokiness roundin it off. Nose: vanilla, honey, caramel Palate: toffee, spice, smooth Finish: long, warming, oak Right proper dram this one. Would pair lovely with a good book and rain tapping on the windo 📖🌧️ Mouthfeel is silky, coats the tongue real nice. Gets better the longer you let it sit. Absolute banger tbh 👌🥃

Alright, so poured a dram of this. 🥃 Nose: First whiff is defo peaty, like a bonfire on the beach 🌊🔥. Then some sweet notes come through – maybe honey or toffee 🍯. Hints of orange peel too. Palate: Quite oily, coats the mouth nicely. That smoke is there, but balanced with some citrus and a bit of spiciness, kinda peppery 🌶️. Maybe some dried fruit in there? Finish: Long and warming, the smoke lingers. Getting some woody notes towards the end. Overall, a proper smoky one with enough sweetness to keep it interesting.
