Knockando The Un-Chillfiltered Collection 2011 10 Years Single Malt Whisky

Blimey, this whiskey's got a right toasty warmth to it, with sweet notes of vanilla and caramel. A bit smoky too, but smooth as anything – really lovely, that. 🥃🔥 Sometimes I get a hint of honey, innit?

The texture is quite smooth, not too harsh. Leaves a warm, peppery tingle in the finish. Quite morish, really. Would pair brilliantly with a dark chocolate biscuit. 👍
